Shante is one of the best mc's ever, let alone female mc's and this was undoubtedly her finest moment. Bite This" is an awesome "Diss" record and Shante makes no secret of whom its directed at, naming mc's left right & centre and inviting them to. "Bite This". awesome hip hop!! • has to be the hardest cut from 85, marley marl on production..and shante the most lethal mc ever let alone female mc..pure oldschool dopeness...tough beats , scratches and shante on the mic makes this a winner

  • Best Shante release by 1,000,000 miles! Beats pretty much everything she released before and DEFINITELY everything since.Of course, Marly Marl had a very big part to play. The instrumental/dub mixes are good enough on their own.

  • Pure old skool hip hop.
